A New Camera!

Hello Saints!

Judy and I are home. I am doing my spring cleaning while I have the time!

Judy is booking our Church visits for next month up to next June and more. When we are home she works a lot in her office. If you would like us to visit E-mail or call us 717-951-7420 let us know very soon.

Last Saturday and Sunday we were at Open Arms MCC in Rochester, NY. It was their 25th year as a MCC! There was so much to give thanks to God for! Some 2 years ago most wondered if the doors of that Church would stay open.

About 20 people were attending. Now they see 70 and up. The numbers are not the most important thing, their hearts were made new. That Church has a mission and decided to live!  Go to their Web and see what I am talking about. www.frontier.net/-oamcc/ They decided to grow in faith, trust and love. They expected Jesus to build them up! When you do that you get blessed!  They put all they had into their dreams.

If your dreams have died, lean on the same "ROCK" they did! Jesus-God and the Holy Spirit!  I don't care what name you use. Just call! You can do it! Just say, I'm leaning on You! Then stand back and watch your self get blessed!

They just bought a Church building. They give glory to God, to their Pastor Rev. Jim Mulcahy who is amazing and the love of his life, Paul who works very hard to help and support the Church.  And the outstanding love, work and healing offered by their Regional Elder, Rev. Arlene Ackerman. So, the Church invited Elder Arlene and Judy and I to help celebrate it's 25th year of Open Arms!

We partied in the name of Jesus all weekend!  Friday Pastor Jim and Paul took us out to dinner to a steak restaurant where the workers wore white coats (first time for me to see)!

Saturday the Church rented a party house to host a sit-down catered dinner and dance.  I sang Redeemer with a wonderful young woman name Michelle.  She put a hurting on the song! She and her spouse (same name) Michelle are members of the Church. The other Michelle was my sound person for Sunday's worship. We saw a slide show about the history of the Church. It made folks laugh and at times cry. Some 88 people were at the dinner.

Sunday worship was held at a Unitarian Church.  The building they are in right now is too small. Attendance for Sunday was up. After worship we had a reception at the sight they are moving from. I preached and sang. Sat for prayer time after worship. I felt that Angels were with us. Open Arms MCC is also a Rainbow Church. They send a monthly offering to help support this Call that Judy and I live. When you are in the area go see them.

Met with two wonderful women today about their up and coming Wedding.  We met at a local restaurant to do more planning. As a man and woman were leaving the man walked up to us and asked if Connie and Tracy were getting married. We said yes! Then he said "my wife was sick just before our wedding. She had to have heart surgery." He said, "we still had a wonderful wedding. I pray that you will be very happy too." We just looked at each other and said, THE WORLD IS CHANGING! I am so happy to do this wedding!

NEXT STOP-Hagerstown, MD.  Then New Haven, CT. I'll tell you more soon.

I send joy to all of you. Thank you Missy for working so much and so hard on this web site!

With much love, Delores+
